A. Incorrect or Defective Items
1. For incorrect, expired or defective items, case must be filed within 7 days from the date of receipt of product. Kindly send us your order number along with information on the incorrect product to email@example.com. For returns, you must meet the following requirements:
- The product(s) must be in UNUSED condition and in its original package. Product packaging must be UNOPENED, UNMARKED, UNDEFACED in any manner.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- This return policy does not apply to items that have been stated as NON-exchangeable on https://graceglo.aoikumo.com/webstore.
- We do not offer exchange in case of change of mind or incorrect purchase.
For what reason can I return an item?
- Wrong item (wrong product/size/type, etc.)
- Item damage (for example: broken bottle)
- Item expired
2. All returns will be reviewed first by Graceglo Sdn Bhd and we reserve the right to perform:
- 1 to 1 exchange.
Item replacement postage?
The customer must bear the postage of the returned item during the return process, please send it back within 14 working days.
How long will it take to receive my new item?
When we receive your return package, we will send the new item back to you within 14 working days.
3. Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may be subject to a damaged goods fee or be sent back to you with no exchange performed.
B. Allergic Reactions
1. For allergic reactions, we offer solution by case to case basis from 1 to 1 exchange or refund. Kindly send us a detailed description along with photos to firstname.lastname@example.org . A medical certificate may be requested.
2. Please note that case must be filed within 7 days from the date of receipt of product.
3. We do not offer refund in case of change of mind.
All sales are final. Treatment/Package are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once a customer purchases a service/package, it has to be completed within 1 year from the first treatment date.
The services/package purchased is NOT TRANSFERABLE to other people. The package is NOT SHAREABLE between customers. This is due to treatment purchased might not be suitable for other clients.

These above policies apply to all GraceGlo services and products listed on our official page and web store unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials.
Goods will be sent via Poslaju/DHL/J&T/NinjaVan, which will take 7-14 workings days to receive the goods.
We will not be responsible on missing parcel / lateness due to third party delivery partner. However, we will help you on the process to track and enquire on your parcel.
