We recommend clients to visit us once in every 3-4 weeks, depending on their hair growth cycle. Depending on the individual, hair will be thinner and less visible usually after the 5th or 6th treatment, then you can space out the treatment to once in 4-6 weeks for maintenance. Usually we would suggest the basic package, which is 10 sessions. But if your hair is very thick and coarse, then maybe you would need up to 15-20 sessions.

Hair growth goes through 3 stages: anagen, catagen, and telogen.

There is melanin in the hair follicles in the growth period, and the laser can destroy the hair follicles in this period;

Therefore, to achieve permanent hair removal, it needs at least 7-10 times, because each part of the skin has a different hair growth cycle at different period.

Each hair removal session will target about 15-20% of the hair in the growth phase, and it will fall off on its own within 3-7 days after effective treatment.

The hair growth period is 28 days. After 28 days, we target the remaining 80% of hair in other stages during the last treatment, and so on.

The hair becomes thinner and thinner after each hair removal treatment.

• Stop waxing, tweezing, or plucking the hair you want to remove for 2-3 weeks before your appointment.

• Avoid intense UV exposure from sunbathing, tanning beds, or self-tanning lotion for 2-3 weeks before your appointment.

• Reschedule if you are feeling sick as it will affect your pain threshold and make you feel more sensitive to pain.

It only operates on the surface of the skin so it has no side effects. However, please avoid using products containing acids, whitening and alcohol within 2-3 days after hair removal. Avoid perfumes, deodorant (if you have lasered your underarms) and hot saunas. Remember to use sunscreen and moisturizer to keep your skin protected and moisturized.
